We are fortunate to have three private lakes in our community, and it’s our shared responsibility to preserve their beauty, safety, and recreational value. Please review and follow the rules below to ensure everyone can enjoy our lakes for years to come.

- Lot owners and their guests must carry a valid fishing card when using the lakes.
- A maximum of 2 adult guests may fish per card without the lot owner present.
- Lot owners are fully responsible for the actions of their guests.

- Pontoon boats may use long shaft motors up to 9.9 HP.
- No larger motors are allowed to be used on any lake.
- Operate boats responsibly. Be courteous, maintain low speeds, and avoid creating wakes near shorelines to avoid erosion.
Lake Stewardship & Safety
- Clean boats and gear before and after use to help prevent the spread of invasive aquatic weeds like Southern Naiad.
- Take your trash with you. Please help us keep the lakes clean for everyone by packing out all bait containers, fishing line, and litter.
Resident Authority & Enforcement
- All lakes are clearly marked as private property.
- Lot owners have the right to ask anyone fishing to show their valid fishing card.
- If a person cannot produce a card, lot owners have the authority to ask them to leave.
- If someone refuses to leave, this constitutes trespassing on private property, and the Sheriff’s Office may be contacted to enforce removal.
Please remain courteous and calm in these situations. Your right to protect community property is supported by local law.
By using the lakes, all residents and guests agree to abide by these rules. Thank you for helping protect one of our community’s most valuable natural resources!
