Hernando Front Porch Fireworks & Festival – America 250 Celebration – July 4, 2026
Celebrate Independence Day and America’s 250th Birthday at one of Hernando’s favorite summer traditions!
The festivities begin at 7:00 PM at the Hernando Civic Center Ballfields with food vendors, family activities, and plenty of patriotic fun. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets, gather with friends and neighbors, and enjoy a festive evening celebrating our community and country.

Hernando Senior Fun Day – July 16, 2026
Hosted by Hernando Parks and Recreation at the Gale Community Center
