We’re looking forward to gathering again for our Annual Meeting on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Chickasaw Bluff Lakes Clubhouse, 2168 Sequoyah Drive, Hernando, MS 38632 (corner of Sequoyah Dr. and Mattaha Dr.).
This meeting is one of the best opportunities each year to connect with neighbors, stay informed, and have a voice in the direction of our community. If you’ve ever wondered how association dues are allocated, what improvements are being planned, or what has taken place over the past year, this is the place to find out.
The Board will provide a recap of 2025 activities, review financial reports, present the current year’s budget, and discuss upcoming projects and neighborhood needs. There will also be time set aside for both old and new business so members can raise questions, share ideas, and participate in open discussion. While we follow a basic meeting structure, we strive to keep the atmosphere welcoming and conversational.
This year, four Board Member terms will conclude at the meeting. Nominations and elections will be held to fill those positions. As outlined in our governing documents, only lot owners whose dues are paid in full are eligible to make motions, vote, or serve on the Board.
We encourage all lot owners to attend, get involved, and help us continue building a strong and connected community. We hope you’ll join us on April 25!
