🎃👻 Hayride-N-Treat 2025 👻🎃
Get ready, neighbors — our annual Hayride-N-Treat is back on Halloween night! 🐴🚜🍬
Join us on Friday, October 31, 2025 for some Halloween family fun! For the past several years, our hayride has made a loop through the neighborhood, stopping at houses that are handing out candy. Kids and parents get to ride, stop off at candy stops, and enjoy a safe, fun Halloween tradition. We’ll kick off the first hayride at sunset, about 6:00 p.m. on Halloween night and then do as many rounds as we can depending on participation.
🛻 Also This Year: Trunk-or-Treat at the Clubhouse
Not on the hayride route? No problem! This year, we’re doing a Trunk-or-Treat in the Clubhouse parking lot. Anyone in our neighborhood (or in a nearby neighborhood) who wants to hand out candy can set up their trunk and join the fun. Families waiting on the hayride can also stop here for more treats!
📅 Event Details
- Date: Friday, October 31st
- Time: Hayride begins at 6:00 PM and runs in loops throughout the evening
- Where: Hayride loading and Trunk-or-Treat will be in the Clubhouse parking lot (corner of Sequoyah Drive and Mattaha Drive)
- Who’s Invited: Residents, family, friends, and any surrounding Eudora neighbors who’d like to join in the fun
📝 How to Participate
- On the Hayride Route? The Hayride will leave the Clubhouse parking lot down Sequoyah and turn on Mingo. It will continue around Lake Greenwood Leflore (the big lake) down Tecumseh Bluff, Wetupka Way, Horseshoe Bend, and Mattaha and come back the Clubhouse. (See the highlighted route below.) Please setup in your yard or driveway and have a light or glow sticks near the street so your house is marked as a candy stop and the hayride will know to stop.
- Want to set up for Trunk-or-Treat? Arrive at the Clubhouse lot by 6:00 PM with your decorations, candy, and Halloween spirit.
- Just want to ride along? Meet us at the CBL Clubhouse at the corner of Sequoyah Drive and Mattaha Drive to hop on the hayride! Dress up in your best costume and bring your bucket or bag for goodies.
Please let us know if you would like to pass out candy and don’t know where to set up or you don’t have a light or glow sticks to mark your place as a stop for the hayride drivers.
