Annual Dues Are Due By April 30, 2023. Late Fees will begin being assessed as of May 1st.

You may also send via PayPal to cblma.ms@gmail.com as indicated on your statement. We can only apply the amount we receive to your balance, so please keep this in mind and either send as friend or add an additional 3% to your PayPal payment.
Please note that as of the last Annual Meeting, the lot owners present unanimously voted to increase the late fee interest from 6% to 15%. Please get your payments in promptly to avoid this late interest. The Board does utilize DeSoto County Justice Court, Liens and other collection means as necessary to try and ensure all lot owners are paying their share.
