All exterior construction and improvements require prior approval from the Board of Directors. The community operates under recorded Covenants &amp; Bylaws, and all lot owners are subject to those restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Building &amp; Property Restrictions<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I build in Chickasaw Bluff Lakes?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, provided the following conditions are met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The State must deem the property suitable for an approved wastewater treatment (septic) system. Dues are <strong>$100.00 per lot, per year.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the dues used for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dues support the maintenance and improvement of community property, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mowing of the entrance, dams, and common areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintenance of community property<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insurance coverage for community property<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The annual budget and financials are reviewed each year at the Annual Meeting.
