The community operates under recorded Covenants &amp; Bylaws, and all lot owners are subject to those restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Building &amp; Property Restrictions<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I build in Chickasaw Bluff Lakes?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, provided the following conditions are met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The State must deem the property suitable for an approved wastewater treatment (septic) system.
