The neighborhood was established in 1969 and is comprised of 276 lots and 3 private lakes stocked with bass, bream, and catfish. The neighborhood is managed by the Chickasaw Bluff Lakes Maintenance Association Board of Directors, who are all lot owning members of the community elected during the Annual Meeting each year.
