Annual Dues Are Due By April 30, 2024. Late Fees will begin being assessed as of May 1st.

You may also send via PayPal to cblma.ms@gmail.com as indicated on your statement. We can only apply the amount we receive to your balance, so please keep this in mind and either send as friend or add an additional 3% to your PayPal payment.
Please get your payments in promptly to avoid the late interest of 15% per annum which is assessed monthly after the due date. The CBLMA Board does utilize DeSoto County Justice Court, Liens and other collection means as necessary to try and ensure all lot owners are paying their share. We encourage all members to attend the Annual Meeting to hear and have a voice in community affairs and finances.
