Unfortunately due to the forecasted storms on Thursday, the Hayride-N-Treat has been cancelled.
Join us on Thursday, October 31, 2024 for some Halloween family fun. There will be a hayride bringing Trick-R-Treaters through the neighborhood to collect some Halloween Treats. We’ll kick off the first hayride at sunset, about 6:00 p.m. on Halloween night and then do as many rounds as we can depending on participation. This year we would like to invite anyone in the Eudora area who isn’t on our hayride route to come setup Trunk-R-Treat style in our parking lot as well. This is a free event that is open to everyone.
Trick-R-Treaters
Dress up in your best costume and bring your bucket or bag to collect some candy.
Come to the CBL Clubhouse parking lot at the corner of Sequoyah Dr. and Mattaha Dr. to join the hayride.
This is open to everyone, so please feel free to invite your family and friends to join in the fun with us.
Want to Pass Out Candy?
Please setup in your yard or driveway and have a light or glow sticks near the street so the hayride will know to stop at your location.
We are currently planning to make the loop around the big lake (Greenwood Leflore) like last year – Sequoyah, Mingo, Tecumseh Bluff, Wetupka, Horseshoe Bend, and Mattaha. If you are one of the outer lots on Commerce, Tanyard or down one of the coves or in another neighborhood in Eudora, come setup as a Trunk-R-Treat in our Clubhouse parking lot to pass out candy. Please let us know if you would like to pass out candy and don’t know where to set up or you don’t have a light or glow sticks to mark your place as a stop for the hayride drivers.
This is a fun family event and open to everyone. Invite your friends and family to join us.
