Our lakes are a wonderful asset to our community. We hope everyone enjoys them for the view, a peaceful boating trip or a fun fishing experience. All lot owners in good standing and their guest who have guest passes are allowed to have boats on any of Chickasaw Bluff Lakes provided they follow the rules of the lakes and community.
- All CBL property owners and/or their guests must have a CBL issued fishing card with them while using any of the lakes or community properties, dams, or docks.
- All CBL property owner’s boats regardless of size or type must be clearly marked with “CB” and the lot number matching their issued fishing card. If your boat stays on the lake, this would be best permanently stickered or stencilled onto the boat.
- All guests must also have their boats clearly marked with “CB” and the lot number of the guest card they are using. This can be as simple as the the numbers clearly and largely written on a piece of cardboard taped to the back of a seat.
- Boat number should be clearly visible, so residents and neighborhood representatives can confirm that the boater is permitted on the lake.
- Please ensure all boats are properly secured to docks or property when not in use or out of the water.
We hope everyone has an enjoyable time on the water. Feel Free to share your fishtales and photos in comments or on Facebook.
